Shipping policy
For your convenience, we use the most reliable carriers suitable to your location to deliver your package in the shortest time. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on your selected method of shipment when placing an order. The method of shipment you choose does not necessarily mean you will receive your order within the specified number of days. Please note that we count from the day we ship and not from the day you place your order. However, we guarantee that we attend to our customers on a first come first serve basis. Please take note that we do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays. Orders placed after 10 a.m. and orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays will be shipped on following Sundays.
Shipping time is 7-14 business days. However, shipping time may vary and may take up to 60 days. this is NOT in our hands and the only thing we can help our customers during transit time is opening an official inquiry with the courier.
If, while it's in transit, you have decided that you don't want the item anymore, you can un-claim it and wait until we will get it back. once we have received it we will refund you for the item cost but not for the shipping fees of $9.9.
If you are paying by Bank Wire Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or e-Bill online bill pay, please allow for 1-3 business days for your payment to clear through the banks. Payments must be received before your order can be shipped.
Although we ship to most areas served by our carriers, FedEx, EMS,UPS and DHL are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, FPO and APO addresses. The recipient will have to sign for delivery, thus please ensure the address given will have someone to acknowledge delivery.
